This course is a comprehensive 8 hour session designed for the food service industry. FOODSAFE Level 1 is food handling, sanitation and work safety course designed for front line food workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers and deli workers. The course covers important food safety and worker safety information including foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, cleaning and sanitizing.
We offer FOODSAFE Level 1 as an eight hour face-to-face class. Participants will receive a FOODSAFE Level 1 workbook and 5 year wall and wallet certificates.
