Standard First Aid (8 to 14 hours)
One-day Blended or two-day Classroom courses offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets federal and a variety of provincial/territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR.
Participants will receive a Red Cross First Aid and CPR Manual and 3 year certification in Standard First Aid, CPR level A, C or HCP and AED.
First Aid Recertification (8 hours)
One day refresher of the Standard First Aid including CPR Level C. Participants receive a 3 year renewal of their Standard First Aid. Click here to know more.
CPRC Recertification (4 – 6 hours)
Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children and babies depending on the Level of CPR chosen. All include training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Courses offer training suitable for workplace and general interest. Includes the latest CPR guidelines. Advanced Wilderness and Remote First Aid (40 hours)
Five day course offering in Comprehensive First Aid and CPR techniques for those who need a higher level of training to work and respond to emergencies in isolated or wilderness settings. Training is suitable for those who act as guides or supervisors for groups of people. The course covers material in Standard First Aid & CPR plus advanced strategies for providing extended care for more than 24 hours. Part of the course is taught in an outdoor setting and requires greater physical activity and endurance than typical first aid training.
Participants will receive Red Cross Wilderness & Remote First Aid Field Guide and 3 year certification in Advanced Wilderness & Remote First Aid, CPR Level C and AED. Click here to know more.
Wilderness and Remote First Aid (20 hours)
Two and a half day course offering basic level of Wilderness & Remote First Aid that covers material in Standard First Aid & CPR plus special material on techniques for wilderness and remote areas. Course also offers strategies for providing extended care for up to 24 hours. Part of the course is taught in an outdoor setting and requires greater physical activity and endurance than typical first aid training. Suitable for those who work or live in remote locations or who are outdoor recreation enthusiasts.

Food Safe Level 1 (8 Hours)
This course is a comprehensive 8 hour session designed for the food service industry. FOODSAFE level 1 is food handling, sanitation and work safety course designed for front line food workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers and deli workers. The course covers important food safety and worker safety information including foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, cleaning and sanitizing.
We offer FOODSAFE level 1 as an eight hour face-to-face class.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods – Surface (3.5 Hours)
This continually updated TDG course meets all of Transport Canada’s training requirements under the TDG Regulations, for all persons involved in the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by ground. This course is ideal for shippers, receivers and drivers.
